Michael is an associate attorney who represents companies and individuals in a wide range of areas, including labor and employment matters, contract drafting and disputes, business law, commercial litigation, real estate matters, appellate litigation and non-compete litigation. Michael was born and raised in South Florida and completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in both entrepreneurship and marketing.
Michael received his Juris Doctorate degree, along with a Certificate in Business Law with Honors, from the Florida State University College of Law. In law school, Michael was awarded for Distinguished Pro Bono Service, received the Antitrust Law Book Award, and accepted an externship with the Office of the General Counsel at the Florida Department of Corrections that allowed him to gain real-world employment litigation experience.
Prior to joining Stok Kon + Braverman, Michael honed his litigation skills at a boutique law firm where he represented businesses and entrepreneurs in employment, non-compete, and commercial litigation matters at both the state and federal level. Michael is very detail-oriented and prides himself on working closely with his clients to not only provide them with the most efficient and effective legal representation, but also to develop successful business solutions and forward-thinking strategies.
