Joseph is an associate attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters at the trial court and appellate levels, in Florida State Courts as well as in Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts situated in the State of Florida, including complex and general commercial litigation, business disputes, family law matters, contested and uncontested probate and guardianship matters, as well as guardianship and trust litigation. A life-long Florida native, Joseph completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in creative writing with a minor in Philosophy.
Joseph received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a member of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, served as Dean’s Fellow for the Contracts and Elements courses, attained the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Evidence and Elements, earned honors in litigation skills, and was on the Dean’s List multiple times. Joseph’s attention to detail and commitment to professionalism ensure that clients will receive individualized attention and care in crafting creative legal solutions to meet their particularized needs.
