Mr. Kon is an assertive litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation, lender liability, partnership disputes, professional malpractice and appellate law. He is well known for coming up with unique solutions to his clients’ complicated problems. Mr. Kon’s professional accomplishments include substantial judgments and settlements for his clients, as well as numerous transactional matters drafted and negotiated to completion.
Mr. Kon is also deeply committed to his community, and represents not-for-profit organizations on a pro bono basis, assisting charities in raising much needed funds so that they can continue their good works.
Joshua R. Kon was inspired to become an attorney following his studies of Talmudic law. Prior to graduating summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Kon owned and managed a successful small business with locations in Miami and New York. Now, Mr. Kon is conscientiously charged at every stage of his clients’ lawsuits, from drafting complaints, taking depositions, prosecuting trials, enforcing judgments and appeals.
