
Michael E. Bonner
AssociateMichael is an associate attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters, including complex and general commercial litigation, appellate litigation, business litigation, professional malpractice, non-compete litigation, and real estate litigation. Michael was born and raised in South Florida and completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in both entrepreneurship and marketing.
Michael received his Juris Doctorate degree along with a Certificate in Business Law with Honors from the Florida State University College of Law. In law school, Michael was awarded for Distinguished Pro Bono Service, received the Antitrust Law Book Award, and participated in an externship with the Florida Department of Corrections Office of the General Counsel that allowed him to gain real world litigation experience.
Prior to joining Stok Kon + Braverman, Michael honed his litigation skills at a boutique business litigation firm where he represented businesses and entrepreneurs in various state and federal commercial and business litigation matters. Michael is very detail-oriented and prides himself on working closely with his clients to not only provide them with the most effective and efficient legal representation, but to also develop successful business solutions and forward-thinking strategies.
