Shoham Segal is an associate attorney at Stok Folk + Kon. Shoham focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in a variety of complex and general commercial matters, including real estate litigation and transactions, business litigation, appellate litigation, and creditor’s rights. Shoham prides himself on working closely with his clients to not only provide them with the most effective and efficient legal representation, but to also develop successful business solutions and forward-thinking strategies.
Shoham graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, receiving numerous academic awards and earning a class rank of 2 out of 302 graduates. While in law school, Shoham served as research assistant to Professor Olympia Duhart; was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Nova Trial Association, and Jewish Student Lawyer Association; and competed in various moot court and trial advocacy competitions, including as advocate and brief writer in the prestigious Jerome Prince Memorial Competition at Brooklyn Law School.
Shoham’s legal knowledge is further complemented by his real-world business experience. Prior to attending law school, Shoham excelled as a Sales Representative and Regional Account Manager for a national distributor and logistics management company based in Miami, Florida. Shoham earned his B.B.A. degree in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University in 2004.
